How do I add a Home Screen widget?
Open Conceptly once, then return to your Home Screen. Touch and hold an empty area, choose Edit → Add Widget, and search for Conceptly. Choose a size, tap Add Widget, then Done.
How do I add a Lock Screen widget?
Touch and hold your Lock Screen, tap Customise and select the Lock Screen. Tap the widget area below the clock, choose Conceptly and add the rectangular widget. Close the picker and tap Done. You may need to remove another widget to make room.
When does the concept change?
The normal schedule is hourly from 9am to 8pm, with the last concept staying overnight. iOS controls when widgets refresh, so a change may appear later.
Why does my widget say “Open the app for full access”?
Widgets require an active subscription or trial. If you already have one, open Conceptly while connected to the internet so it can refresh your access. If the message returns, contact us so we can help.
Can I save a concept?
Tap the bookmark button to add a concept to Saved. Tap it again to remove it. Saved concepts and challenge history are stored locally on your iPhone and do not currently sync between devices. Deleting the app can remove that data.
How do I restore my subscription?
Use the Apple Account you originally subscribed with. Open Conceptly and choose Restore purchases on the subscription screen or in the app’s information screen. This checks your existing purchase; it does not start another subscription.
If your active subscription still isn’t recognised, email us before deleting the app.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Conceptly. You can also use Manage subscription inside Conceptly. Apple shows your renewal date and cancellation options there.
Deleting Conceptly does not cancel your subscription. See Apple’s cancellation instructions.
How do I report a problem?
Email support@getconceptly.app with what happened, your iPhone model and, if relevant, the concept title. Please check screenshots for personal information before sending them.
